some if the coolest fish I owned were harlequin rasboras. all the fish I thought that used to be ugly, I grew to accept and like them, such as the common pleco.(now I like the clown pleco).

Bichirs are beautiful fish. Look downs are really weird looking fish.

That's a parrot??? That is a pretty fish. Of coarse I was referring to the shrunken head, weird mouth, warped bodied frankenfish!!!

Yes that's a parrot, not the commonly seen things your referring to. It's common for numerous fish to share a common name which is why I always use scientific names, but the hybrid blood parrot doesn't have one since its a gene pool mess.

I don't understand the question? If you mean change his statement, then I was merely pointing out that there are quite a few cichlids commonly called parrots and they're all not ugly.
