That could be a possibility... But I believe breaking physics is more likely.

The only thing that seems plausible is that they shoved/moved the tank and took the pic as the water was sloshing back and forth. Only thing I can think of that fits with Newtonian physics.

Plus sitting at that angle, not sure the can of food wouldn't fall.
