I'm pretty proud of myself, found a 29 gallon tank with stand, light and hood for 30 bucks. After texting with the seller I was not able to pick it up before they went back to school. I was disappointed, but a few minutes later, along came a text that said "if you come get it now I will cut the price in half" I couldn't believe it! 7:00 pm and I'm driving a half hour away to get my new tank. But it gets better! I got there and started loading the tank into my truck an went back for the stand when she opens it and finds two boxes labeled "fish" she says "ohwell just take it, i have no use for it."
I got home sooo excited to open my mystery boxes and i was so happy! Two large (like 30 to 50 dollar) decorations, a filter, air pump, adjustable heater, tons of tubing, a few nets and a few other odds and ends, what a steal, I still can't believe its all mine!

Just picked up a 75 gallon tank, stand, canopy, glass lid, 24" corallife dual bulb light and tons of supplies for $100 on Craigslist!!!! Tank is pre drilled for sump and both it and the stand are near flawless. I love Craigslist!!!!

So this is not a craigslist find but a local pet store "Evergreen pet store" went out of business and opened their doors to sell everything real cheap before having to take it to the dump before they are evicted. Anyway, I got a bunch of items for my dogs including new colors and some combs and treats. But what I really scored on was driftwood! I got all these for about $10!!!

Not fish related but $60 obo! Wonder if the tank holds water? If I had the room I'd offer $50. Rehome the geckos and start from the ground up.

I posted this somewhere else but this is what I bought off craigslist for only $150 the owner didn't take care of it and I had to do a lot of cleaning

36 gallon glass bow front aquarium

Coralife dual 130 watt 30" compact fluorescent light fixture with a 10000k 65 watt bulb and a 420 bulb
The 420 was burned out and I had to replace one of the fans

brand new coralife digital power center

Coralife 65 super skimmer but it has a different pump that is very noisy so I am using the needle wheel pump to mix my saltwater and not using the skimmer

Penguin bio wheel 200 the impeller is messed up so I ordered a new filter

A bucket of dried rock and a bucket of sand.

Battery powered air pump, fish net, thermometer, custom feeder made out of plastic screen material and a old magnetic cleaner

A stealth heater which was recalled so the company sent me a new 150 watt marineland visi therm heater

Hydor magnetic base circulation pump
