Crazy Aquascaping Ideas

I have lots of ideas for crazy aquascaping that will never work, but it's still fun to think of ideas, which is what this thread is for. Plus, maybe someone more experienced will even find a way to make one of these work. So post your ideas!

My first crazy random idea is to make an upside down tank, with floating plants at the top that look like the ground, upside-down driftwood "trees," white substrate for clouds, and upside down catfish.

I've seen a tank similar to what you want! I want to say it was mosses growing off driftwood made to look upside down how you're talking about. Don't believe it was stocked with upside down cats though. Good idea!
