NASA freely admits that we have no capacity to land on the moon today. Could we have done it 35 years ago?

Does anyone remember the movie "Capricorn One"? The movie was based partly on the conspiracists theory that the entire landing was filmed on a back-lot in Hollywood.

There was a documentary on Discovery Science recently that field tested all the conspiracists theories. Very impressive stuff.

IMHO, America did.
