I honestly don't know... but I put "No" just cuz I wasn't there on the moon to witness it with my own eyes =o)
 
Does anyone remember the movie "Capricorn One"? The movie was based partly on the conspiracists theory that the entire landing was filmed on a back-lot in Hollywood.

There was a documentary on Discovery Science recently that field tested all the conspiracists theories. Very impressive stuff.

IMHO, America did.

I'm convinced that we landed on the moon. The reason we don't have the capability now is NASA's huge investment in the space shuttle program - also, their shift away from large payloads and the massive rockets needed to hurl them into space. IMHO, the Saturn V rocket that carried the Apollo missions into space was the most reliable launch platform ever built.
