downloadable aquarium log?

but does anyone know of a good aquarium log that is downloadable or printable? Something to keep track of stuff, ya know?

I have an Excel spreadsheet too. PM me if you want it and include yer email address.

ReefCon was ok, but kind of a lot to go through just to log some basic stuff, and it was geared only at SW, not FW.
