Empty 35Gallon,,,What To do??

i have an empty 35 gallon and cant decide if i want it fresh or salt water?? if i do freshwater it will be planted, but if i do salt it will be fish only.. any suggestions??

I think 35 is the perfect freshwater community tank. I'd do a few schooling species, large in number, and a healthy group of corys for the bottom. Planted? Of course.
