I'm not very experienced in Fishing but i love it. i prefer fishing inland on lakes for carp and catfish. i recently went on holiday to thailand and done some amazing fishing there. i caught piranha Mekong catfish and Red tail catfish.
Where i live there are no local places for freshwater fishing but im 5 mins away from the sea, so i've recently started sea fishing only caught a few sea bass and some other small fish of which i don't know the english names

Sounds like fun!! Love the fish in your profile pic

Long time bass angler, even did the tournament thing for a while. I started fly fishing two years ago for a change of pace, I can throw a lure pretty much wherever I want but this fly casting makes me stupid sometimes.

I mainly like to fish in the lakes for trout, bass, crappie, bluegill... My favorite though is fishing in the rivers during a Salmon run I have only done it locally but I am going to Alaska next year hopefully to fish the Sockeye run on the Kenai.
