gross arachnid that's new to me!

I was surfing around looking for articles about animals when I found this photo. If I ever saw one of these in person without it being in a cage or some sort of confinement, I don't know WHAT I'd do.

I'm so so happy that we don't have these wandering around. Even if they are harmless- they're still so creepy looking. Can you imagine if they got into your house?? I'd got INSANE!

ewwwww! 8O i have arachnaphobia...i would DIE or completely lose it if i ever stumbled across one (literally or figuratively) i got queesy just looking at them.

Eremobates ('camel spiders') are a fascinating Arthropod..I have kept a few in the past, and we have at least one native species here in Alberta, Canada.
