I know diddly squat about cichlids, but I was just about to guess Apistogrammoides pucallpaensis ... only to see Kittykat364 has already made that guess!

That's a tough one Kittykat. They are carangids (jacks or trevalies) of some form, but I can't see them well enough. Oh wait, you mean the big spotty fish ....
