Answer is Caquetaia Umbriferus aka Umbee. This one in particular is a "Gorillus Blue"!

I expect this one will be relatively easy as it has one outstanding feature about it. You can't really see the feature, it's more of a behavior, but you can see the parts it uses to perform that behavior.
