very close! it is an undulated triggerfish, but not an albino.

It's technically not a species it's a genetic mutation like albinism. Aside from their natural colors there's melanistic, xanthic, luecistic and albino lots of critters are bred for these traits especially reptiles. All the same species just different plays on genetics.
