Help! I think my Dwarf Gourami has fin rot but I cannot tell.

I got Hades about 5-6 months ago. He eats normally, swims like a happy lil fishy. I haven't seen this on him before. I have looked all over the internet at fin rot on dwarf gouramis and none of them look the way Hades looks. I am attaching a picture of him and hopefully someone out there can tell me what it is. I am very worried. It is mainly on his dorsal fin, there is some on his anal fin but it's not noticeable to my phone camera. Help please!
