Help with Test results for water

Can someone help me make sence of this water testing strip and clue me into the correct levels I should be at

Ok from my understanding of this test,
Nitrate: about 20-25
Nitrite; only indicates "ok"and "not ok"
So I tink "not ok"
General hardness: 14 degrees
Carbonate hardness: between 10-15 degrees
Chlorine: 0
Ph: between 7.6-8
It's hard to tell with this test

My advice. Api drop test kit. Works better better readings.
