Here's a recipe I had not seen before...

As you know, much of what we keep as aquatic pets are meal items in other locales.....here is a recipe I was unaware of:

I knew about how they are a very popular fish to eat in some places, didn't know of the recipe though.

Current fish (includes all 3 running tanks): Polypterids, severums (of which I raised from eggs), gouramis, plecos (gold spot ones & a gurupa), loaches (zebras, yoyos, & a kubotai), macculocchi spotted silver dollars, an African butterfly fish, & Ctenopomas (a leopard & an ansorgii)

My goruami was sitting across the tank and he said some bad words about it.....i think he shouldent be able to see my comp... lol

it looks pretty good.... I was ready to go grab the fork...
I dont think its any different then people eatting horse. Its all good food!
