I Hate My Job
When you have an "I Hate My Job" day at work, try this...
On your way home from work, stop at a pharmacy and go to the thermometer section. Purchase a Johnson & Johnson rectal thermometer; make sure you buy this particular brand. When you get home, lock your doors & close the curtains, disconnect the phone so you won't be disturbed. Change into comfy clothes, pour a refreshing adult beverage and settle into your most comfortable chair. Open the package, remove the thermometer, and carefully set it down so it doesn't get damaged or broken. Now for the fun part! Take the literature from the package and read it carefully. You will notice a statement in the fine print: "Every rectal thermometer made by Johnson & Johnson is personally tested and then sanitized." Now, close your eyes and repeat out loud 5 times: "I am so glad I do not work in the thermometer quality control department at Johnson & Johnson." Have a nice day and remember: There is always someone out there with a job that is more of a pain in the behind than yours! Bob
