I made a new web page
Hi everyone. Got a question for you all. I made myself a web page, that consists of my aquarium and my fish. Please check it out and let me know what ya think, or what I should change.
PLEASE NOTE: I HAVE NEVER DONE A WEB PAGE BEFORE so I have no idea what I am doing. I just started this page today and this is what I have so far. http://www.geocities.com/cougargirl5...?1143336351708 Whether its bad critisizm or good i'm ready to hear it. I'm going to also put it in for some of my signature to. This is my updated 55 gallon.

I'd say you've got a pretty good start going on there. I dislike the way Geocities sets up their webpages and their pop-ups, but there is nothing you can do about that until you buy your own domain and webspace.
Not many of your pictures showed up for me. The one under the title and the top left one are the only ones that showed up . . .the others were broken links. The only other piece of advice I have for you at the moment is to watch your backgrounds. Backgrounds that are "busy" like the one you have there can be very distracting and take away from your content, and also make your text very difficult to read, impossible for some that are colorblind. Your content should be the focus of your page, not your background. All in all, I'd say it's a good start . . .we've all got to start somewhere. Feel free to give me a PM if you need any help, as I've got a few webpages under my belt.

It looks like your using the Geo Cities editor? If not there is an error, all of the HTML links go to the same place
Change: Code:
<a href="http://WWW.FISHGEEKS.COM"><span style="font-size:14">WWW.FISHGEEKS.COM WWW.AQUARIUMADVICE.COM WWW.MYFISHTANK.NET WWW.THATPETPLACE.COM WWW.PLANTGEEK.COM </span></a> Code:
