There is no ONE book that teaches you EVERYTHING. I recommend just surfing the net looking at information and visiting forums. Just READ READ READ until your cornias burn. Some good websites for learning are.

I'd have to say the Dummies series and the Idiots series are both great beginners books. I personally like the Idiot series more because it just seems a handier reference later on. I'd say get them both and run with the one they like better. Yeah, the names are a bit derogatory, but ya can't knock something that works well.
