I need help with brown algea

I only had my aquarium for 2 months and now my tank has cycle but im starting to see this brown algea on my rocks what is the best solution to treat this before gets any worse? Is this type of algea good for fish?

I have seen people remove items, bleach them, then treat them with dechlorinator like Novaqua (in a bucket) and return them to the tank.
