He will use gravity

I'm extremely curious about this concept. ?? how would it work?

Assuming your tank is below the waterline I could see that working. But in the summer to get cold water you'd have to pull your water from 15-20 feet down or so. Depends on your environmental parameters i guess because that definitely would not work here.

By the ocean one could simply use the tidal movements to get r done though, that'd be cool to see.

Gravity is what causes a river to flow why couldnt u have one flowing threw your house ? And why would you need pumps ? Unless u pick a river that drys up

no sump a river would flow down the center of your property line entering the tank and house the main level would have a glass floor over the top and in the basement a tunnel threw the river exits house threw a hydro electric system off setting the power for the lights lol

then you would need a sump pump for your basement lol because you'd be below the water table for the area

so there is a pump involved :) just not one that's related to the tank

Best side of this setup is that if you have crap weather muck up your fishing plans you can just grab your rod and have at her in your basement :)

Stick around guys because one day I will be posting pictures of me reeling in a 20 pound northern pike in my basement.

Fill it with soooo much freshwater schooling fish and make the hood so it can somehow make rain have a sound system creating the sounds of the amazon have a dark room with only the tanks having light and have them naturally dim down

How about a school of ~2000 neon tetras with a couple predators like jewel cichlids so that they school really tightly, the hardest part would be making sure that they all get food...
