Is this tank good bad or indifferent??

So I'm at the doctors office, and like most doctors and dentists offices they have a fish tank in the lobby. But this one looks a bit.....fuzzy.....to me. The fish and snail, and crabs seem to be be happy. I can see 2 different types of guppys in there, but I don't know what they are since I'm not to familiar with guppys, and then theres a dozen or so snail's.

That tank is def horribly maintained.

I purchased a used tank from Hubbys Coworker a while ago. When I cleaned it out it had several of those fuzzy type balls in it. She had it for roughly 7 months and had never cleaned the gravel as she didn't know how. Just replaced a bit of water here and there.. the fuzzy balls were a lot smaller than those.

Poor fish, I think I'd offer to clean it for them. Maybe they would take the hint.

Looks like it could use a good cleaning, but it's not horrible by any standard. The fish probably like it more the way it is now than they would with it being clean.

Overgrown. Maybe they wanted the swampy pond look.
