Kudo protocol

Hey,

This is probably a really dumb question, but what is the protocol with giving kudos around this place? I fear that I may not be following 'the rules'. Do you give them when someone gives you good advice? Is that the point of having them?

Or don't they really matter at all? Am I just blabbing endlessly for nothing? HELP!!! lol

You can collect them, give them away or ignore them. It is all up to you. You get them by posting new posts or answering exixting ones. You have it correct about donating them to those who help you when you need it. Or you can donate them just to get rid of them. Its all up to you. Is this a great country or what?

Yes, kudos are just for fun. Give them to people who give you good advice, or for any reason you want. You automatically get one each time you post. A few weeks ago there was a kudo appreciation day where everyone donated to others, it was a riot.

The kudos appreciation day will have to become a semi-annual affair! People tend to forget about kudos. It's easy to give them, just click on the "donate" link to the left of your message, under your avatar. Kudos to you for finding this site and getting the help your fish need!

Kudos to all of you who answered my silly post!

I am so glad I found this site. It has certainly taught me a lot so far. Sooo much more to learn though.

How is this a great country? I start up an honest fundraising for the poor and needy and I get shut down. What is the world coming to?
