Maybe a strange question?

I was running low on food so I picked up some more NLS pellets...only to realize when I got home they were about twice the size of my fishes mouths. Well I figured I would just try to crush them somehow partly because the store I got them from is a bit of a drive away. THESE THINGS WILL NOT COOPERATE!! I tried all manners of blunt objects but they stayed strong. I just tried a pepper grinder but the pellets were to small. Anybody have any ideas or attempted something similar?

I've tried to chop with a knife, it kinda works but the pieces fly.

I usually use my finger nails to chop them into pieces.

I use a pair of pliers to crush my algae wafers into smaller pieces & it works great

I put some in the cap and grind it with the bottom of the food container.

Why not soak it in tank water first & then cut it with a knife?

I put in ziplock and rolling pin those things!

you could also try a coffee grinder.
