Mid-Atlantic and North East blanketed by snowstorm

Went to bed last night and they was saying 2-3" of snow with more rain and sleet today.

Woke up to this...

News said our town reported 7" of snowfall. I did not meature it but I can tell you it was probably accurate.

What beautiful pics! I love the snow. Nothing by me yet, supposed to get sleet , ice & rain first. Then up to 10" of the white stuff. I can't wait to spend my Saturday shovelling out my car, I love street parking!

We were supposed to get 1"-6" here, but we got almost none, and it's 36 Degrees right now.

It's snowing VERY hard right now! Sticking to the roads, and accumulating....gonna be a fun weekend. Snowmen, snow angels, and ugh - shoveling.

We were supposed to get snow here but we got none.

I don't quite trust the weather reports anymore though. I remember a time a few years back when we were only supposed to get some light flurries and we literally got about 2 feet.

Don't rub it in cindywindy!
My boss said I could leave early if I wanted. That's a good enough reason for me to let it snow!
