Junkyard Wars = Americanized version of Scrapheap Challenge
For Robot Wars, I'd say it is equal to Battle Bots. |

I love Monster Garage, too. My favorite was the snow plow episode. That was rough. Jesse James is something. I watched a few episodes of Junkyard Wars, but it seems a lot slower and dryer (less comedic) than Monster Garage. Comedy Central has "Battlebots"???? where contestants built small remote control robotic things whose object is to destor each other. That show pretty much bores me, though.
