Hi all,
I will be moving sometime in the near future and I have never moved a tank before so I will take any advice given! I don't have a moving date yet but want to be prepared to move my fish when the time comes. I have a 30 g with 5 albino cories, 3 mollies, and 1 molly fry. I'm obviously not going to be able to pick up the aquarium and move it as is since its heavy, so anyone who has done it before or knows how to, your advice will be much appreciated. Thanks!

Put fish and filter media in a Styrofoam cooler; maybe 9"-12" of water. Deeper if using a plastic, heavy duty, cooler like a "Yeti".
Use a battery powered air pump & Airstone.
Bag up heavy rocks & decor.
If possible move the tank on the stand. I moved a 65 gal. That way.
Probably a good idea to bag up the gravel, but not neccessary if you can handle the additional weight.
Hope this helps.

Never moved my tank either so I appreciate that advice too, V227! I hope everything goes well for you and your fish btw, Fishyfish1!
