My Trip Part 2 - Parents yard and then Rice Hill

Your parents' house is lovely! That's a nice mountain area too. What is the Rice Hill area?

Rice Hill is just north of where my parents live. When going north on I-5, you climb a very steep grade. And there used to be an excellent ice cream place there, not sure if it's still there, lol. Didn't stop, lol.

I'm good at taking pics while driving, lol. Well, I just hold the camera near my right shoulder with my right hand and push the button half way to auto-focus, then snap the shot, lol. I was taking my chances on the pics turning out, lol. Turned out better than I thought. And no, I didn't look through the viewfinder, lol.

I was wondering how you took the pics too...you take better pics not looking than I do looking through the viewfinder!

LOL.... I just used the Point-And-Shoot routine, lol. And took chances on the pics turning out ok, lol.

I just noticed that old car under the tree...you could repair and customize it!

That's my dads car. He was going to restore it, but not sure what he's got planned now.
