As you cross from Oregon into Washington, on Highway 97 North, at the Biggs Junction, you cross the river over the long bridge in the first few pics. Then a short distance from the bridge, you see a sign going to Stonehenge. Here's some pics of the bridge, as well as Stonehenge....

Yes, that's the Columbia River. It's located at Biggs Junction, just East of The Dalles, OR.
