My water change schedule

So this is what I do every week. Syphon the bodem and 50% water change, week 2 only water change 50%. Week 3 clean filter in aquarium water 25% water change, week 4 syphon gravel 50% water change. I have kept my self to it and it works great for me. Like to share this

Weekly 50% is what I do for everything but my fry tanks (they get 2-4 times a week 50+%), and then siphoning as needed. Some of my tanks need almost no detritus siphoning and others need it weekly. Sounds like you have a great system

With fry I would do also more water change. But more like 15 % every 3 days on a 30 gallon
