Need Techy Help Please - Samsung Juke Cell Phone Music Problem.

(Thread was not made for people to just post how they feel about the phone, it was made to see if anyone could solve my problem.)

Well for the longest time my I had no problems with uploading music onto my Samsung Juke Cell Phone. I would plug it in, a window would pop-up asking what program to run. I would use Windows Media Player. Then I would drag and sync my music and everything worked great.

Then all of the sudden it wasn't connecting right, so I went through the trouble-shooting for it. Now it won't connect at all. When I plug in the Juke, the bubble comes up in the lower right hand corner saying "Found New Hardware" "MTP Device".

I tried it on my mom's laptop and it connected fine like it use to on my computer, and I honestly could just put the songs on a flash drive, put them on my mom's computer, then put them on my phone. But I really need to solve this problem, plus my mom doesn't want music on the comp even if I delete it.

I've tried googling stuff and I couldn't find much.

Can anyone help my problem?

And if you can't, point me in the right direction please.

Also to add this in, when I go to Start>Control Panel>Add Hardware. It says "You can install only one device at a time. Another device installation is underway, when it is finished you can try this wizard again" This is when the juke is plugged in.

I left it in all night and day and it never installed so obv. something is up. Plus I tried unplugging the juke, running Add Hardware, then plugging it in and running it from there, also doesn't work.

Before I do so, have you tried going to "My Computer"? It may show up there as a Removable Disk, and then you could drag and drop the files on.
