Ummmm... People.... this isn't a 'new' species discovery, this is just a "Hooray, we got it on film!".
The shark is not a new species. It was described before as “chain cat shark”, it is taxonomically, a dogfish.
It had already been 'discovered', named and classified.

But it's still pretty cool!

I am concerned for the security of our great Nation; not so much because of any threat from without, but because of the insidious forces working from within.
