New website seeking surfers!!!!

Hey gang, I am not very computer literate, but I am trying to put together a website to keep friends and family posted on my up coming events.

check out this site and let me know what you think.

www.land-shark.net

Its not much, it is from geocities. it costs $8.95 a month.

There is a link to my aquarium page.

If you know of any better companies to use, let me know..

Geo cities can build better websites,,, I just do know how,,,,,yet

I checked it out. The small starfish in your pics that "split" is a coral predator.

Are you in the navy? You need to make a better pic of you. Great start.

I agree, you need a clearer picture of yourself for your loved ones.

Do you know how to add a back button with a link to the previous/home page? Not sure if you really need that line or a button, but I've been on the internet so long that I assume everyone knows about the back button. LOL

It looks great!

You are absolutely correct. I havnt worried about him too much though because I dont have coral, and I do not intend to have coral in this tank. But still,,, I guess I should get rid of him any way. I guess he is too much of a liability, I would hate to get him mixed up in a bigger tank down the road.

I will see what I can find for pictures. I really dont have too many of myself.

As for the "back button" I have just figured out how to use the little templates that do not allow you to add links, unless that template already has a spot for links.

GeoCities has a page builder, But I am having troubles getting it to run, I am slowly toying with Microsoft "Front Page" that will help when I get it figured out.

Melissa,,,, I am not in the Navy. I am in the National Guard. Used to be in the Marine Corps, then I got out and started college. I still missed the military life so I joined the Guard

Thanks Guys.

We took a web design class at the college and used the book that is for sale on Boogiejacks site. It is pretty simple to understand and apply.

Oh, one more thing I noticed on your site. The title says Wade's crappy little site. It is far from crappy, so I think its ok to remove that part.
