To give a little perspective...

Don't you think that if you can post a link to this stuff on an open forum...that the US military would know about this, and don't you think if they knew about it we would have gotten hold of the technology by now, and don't you think if we had the technology to control hurricaines that there wouldn't be any hitting ours or anyone elses coast...they would simply direct them to cold open water?

Who developed this technology? The easter bunny?
