I'm pretty sure liveaquaria does. Kinda pricey but their stuff is quarantined there and very healthy before they ship anything out. They also have a 14 day arrive alive guarantee.

Sorry to say but liveaquaria only ships within the us.

Your right they don't ship actual livestock to Canada. Just dry goods
