Other advice pages in this webring - Aquarium Advice

I've been on both the reptile and bird forum, and neither make any comparison to this forum. They only have few members and they ahrdly ever post. They don't really have a community. I just wanted to comment on that this is a very nice forum!

Lets not confuse our Network of sites with the Aquarium Advice webring. The webring that is at the bottom of the Home page of this site is exclusivly for aquarium related sites and no other Pet Advice network site is on it.

Now I agree the other Petadvice Network sites are much slower. Part of that is I am not as knowledgable in those forms of pets so I can not advertise the pet as well with my own postings on other sites. This site is almost at its 1 year point where as most of the other sites are just past their 6 month point.

I do urge anyone who has pets other than fish to check out those sites as it takes members for any community to grow.

I really didn't mean it in that way. I was pointing out that this forum has an excelent community, and we should be proud of it. I just didn't convey my point too well

I'm very sorry if it insulted you, my intentions were good though.

Just was clarifying and trying to also spark some addiitonal interest in those other sites.

When I got my first pair of Geckos I searched google for fourms, and reptile advice was the only one I found that was cool. I found one other one but i would post and no replies at all. lol.

I don't go to reptile advice much anymore i open it once and a while to read new topics.

patience, patience, they will all grow. I make a point to try to answer every post on poochlovers just so that people do not feel ignored. I think that is the key to participation.
