Can someone tell me if pocket pc 2003 is the same as windows mobile 2003?

I was looking at some wi-fi sdio cards for my axim and the software requirement was pocketpc 2003, I have the 2002 edition. I was at the microsoft site and cannot seem to find just pocket pc 2003 listed anywhere except in vague descriptions.

Anysoftware that is designed for 2002 will work with 2003. However, if the software says that it requires 2003, it may not work properly with 2002. What Model do you have? sometimes you can buy the upgrade from HP to bring your unit up to 2003 "special" edition (2nd edition)

Basically it just allows you to rotate your screen 90 degrees for landscape mode.
