Pet shop papers?

Hey guys and gals........for the sake of convo "talking" lets say I wanted to open up a pet shop in NYC. What would i have to get in, lets say paper work?? I'm just wondering what type of permits,certificate,license, Should I be looking to get?????

I know in Illinois you have to have a business license and some kind of animla dealer permit.
