You can't, however most starfish can reproduce asexually.

Might be setting up a aqueon evolve 8 gallon rimless reef tank for christmas

Why not go with a fluval spec instead? I hear the evolves have a LOT of problems

Just looked them up and found that they are 150-200$ for 12-20 gallon tanks! How about fluval chi?
