Pond at a business

Hey guys in the next yea and a half I'm going to be starting my own business and I want a tank inside and a pond out the back only thing is I'm going to be running it from my house and some work may be done outside. The problems ill be facing is ill be doing boiler making so grinding and spray paint bits will be in the air would that be dangerous for the fish? They will be at least 20 meters away from the pond

That's about 65 feet so I wouldn't be too worried. What kind of fish are you planning on adding.
