Problem seeing pictures on the app

Anyone else have issues seeing some of the pics when your on the app.. some load for me and some just have a green gif in the bottom and never load

I can't see most attachments last 2 days and I am on real pc.
Pretty sure the mods are aware as I posted last evening and Autumn replied.
