I wondering if this snail will do harm to my fish, have disease or something?
Must have hitched a ride on one of my plants

Pictures aren't too clear on my phone but it looks like a pond/bladder snail it won't harm your fish.

It won't hurt your fish but if you overfeed be ready for a snail explosion!
