No kidding. Just imagine the uproar people would make if they built a dog kennel that had a skateboard ramp on one side! That was a disgraceful idea.

I was a bit nervous when they tested the ramp tank.

You weren't the only one

I do remember they talked about they wanted the ramp to not scare the fish so they added the extra insulation.

I would let them do build the tank, set up the tank it self, with my supervision, and pick the fish. But thats it. I would supervise the set up to make sure the tank is set up right to have the fish happy & healthy. And I would put the each fish in when I see fit.

As most have said it is a tv show n we dont actually get to see what happens..i recently listened to a radio show where the cast from cajun pawn stars was tellin about their show..which i know its not the same but its reality tv still .. anyway it takes like 3 hrs to film a 3min piece of the show that we actually see.. so im sure there is lots of things just left out .. then i also agree the customer is the one payin so more then likely its their way or no way but u have the right to refuse service to anyone.. and also i have saw a few shows where someone called needin sharks rehomed n tanked took them to suitable homes. Which is better then nothin..plus they have told i think the dentists office once the sharks reach a certain size he would need to call them to rehome for the sharks health..

It's way too staged. Besides, ever since I introduced it to my friend (fish keeper), all my NON fish keeping friends somehow found out about it too and now they watch it and think they know everything about fish and how tanks work

So I ditched the show

Does anyone know any other good fish shows that are less about building tanks and more about the actual fish?
