Getting back from school today, i noticed one of my platies was missing. Thinking nothing of it, since the mal, who was missing, likes to hang behind the filter. After dinner i did a little poling around and, even after inspecting tubing, filters, heaters, and plants, i assumed the worst: suicide. The poecilia genus are notorious for jumping, and i see the feeding hole left uncovered. I move a gamecube power source and there he is. Dried up, dead for hours.i am horrified so i go downstairs and ask mom if she looked at the tank. She said that she did at 1:30 because the filter was loud and she needed to move the air pump part of it. She saw 2. Oh well. RIP crimson
