Think your fish is old... beat this

Let him eat cake! 'Granddad' the fish celebrates 80 years at aquarium - TODAY.com

Granddad the lung fish turns 80 at the shed aquarium in Chicago.

Mine are all fairly young my oldest is a opaline gourami who is 4 years old and my daughters 2 goldfish who are a little over 2 years old.

I would love to know who here has the oldest fish.

I used to work at a pet shop where we had a 15 year old clown loach. I have a featherfin catfish who is probably about 8 years old now. I had another one before that was about 12 when it died.

Good job to you as well. How big was that clown loach? it must have been huge.

It seems to me that they're a pretty hardy fish! Shes been with me for so long that she actually gets excited whenever i look at her and basically begs to be fed. It's really funny and entertaining. Good luck with your daughters fish!
