24 hours later, all is well. My close-up vision still a bit blurry, but that is supposed to clear up in time. My distance vision is unbelievably good

The experience was pretty freaky, but they gave me valium, so i was kinda buzzed out.

Anyway, I'll be here infrequently over the weekend, not supposed to spend too much time on the computer for a couple days.

Bumping this back up to let you all know that 3 weeks later, my eyes are GREAT!!!

This is one of the best things i've ever done. I can see waaaaay better than I could with glasses, and I am one happy camper!

BTW its a beautiful day and all that dang snow is melting fast!

Clay, no not covered by insurance. Also, i checked the how old are you? thread, I see you are only 23. They don't like to do lasik on people untill their glasses prescription has stabilized, which is typically around/after 30. I'm certainly NOT a doctor, but you may have to wait a few years anyway.
