Any better way to catch flame angel in a 34g tank which has a lot of hiding places?

I've always found stunning them to be effective. Turn off the lights for fifteen minutes or so to calm the fish down. Quickly turn on the light which will basically stun them and then precede with the netting.

I was going to ask the same question, I'm trying to net my sailfin Molly but destroying my tank at the same time with no luck fast little bugger!
