Trip to the USA

Well, last night I got news that my brother in law is getting married in May next year. He lives in Baltimore, and since it's such as long flight, and the weather will be sweet, I see no reason to rush back to Melbourne's miserable winter. There's some places I quite keen to see and some I'd like to see again.

So.... who wants Vegemite?

You know there's a bunch of us within 2-3 hours of baltimore. Drop in on our regional forum, I bet we could setup a meet while you're here and take you around to check out some LFS.

Also, right in Baltimore at the harbor is the Baltimore Aquarium. I'd recommend you check it out.

Ditto what Neilan said. Myself, roka64, Neilan, Fluff, austinsdad, Ziggy, and a bunch of others I am forgetting are all within easy driving distance to Baltimore. If you are up for it we should definitely plan something. If you've never been, the Baltimore Aquarium is a must see.

Post something in the regional forum def and let us know your plans and dates and I'm sure some people would be up to chilling out!

No, I haven't seen the Baltimore aquarium, but I do hear it's something special. Will post in the regional forum with more definite plans soon.

I live just 20 minutes from Baltimore and have never had vegemite so count me in. i've only been to the baltimore aquarium once so far and i think by then it'll be time to visit again. Funny thing is right now they have an australian wild extremes animal planet exhibit. you can come all the way here to see animals from your own back yard lol.

Awesome Matt. Vegemite is coming to you. Last time I was in NY and I ran smack bang into the G'Day USA expo tour.

Was that a stab at me? lol

Yes, I do have a habit of bailing at the last minute, but always with good reason. I do promise, if we plan something to try my best to be there.

PS: Thanks Scott. lol
