Water

Have recently put some aquatic plants in my aquarium after a whole new revamp fish included, my water seems to have a green tint to it, is this normal?

I don't have live plants but I've heard other people have this problem. I think it's just from the plants. Most people say it goes away in it's own- nothing to worry about. But again I'm not 100% sure because I don't keep live plants.
