Way unusual fish...

Dont know if this has been posted here or not, but a friend passed this on to me...

I thought it may have been a joke, til I was able to find this original article about it.

I thought it was some kind of hoax page after I saw it on another site,checked around and saw a video of it. It looks like some kind of sub moving around, the mouth and eyes are so alien looking to me.
