10 gallon
i put in more fry and added a cucumber slice for teh snails

16 gallon
did a 75-80% PWC and am starting to see an end to this algea war!

55 gallon
moved my sword into the tank from my 16 ( she seems quite happy to be with others like her)
saw dozens of fry be born, eaten, hide, and be saved ( really cute, my oldest fry pepper likes to hang around the younger fry and scare off the bigger fish )

Beta tank
changed out water, fed him, thought of a name for him

Busy day lol :)

Well...
60% PWC
Added pre-filter to filter and removed old clearmax
Added root tabs
Scrubbed off algae
And stared at the fish lol.

Worked on all three of my tank complete overhauls on two. On my 55g tropical community removed everything and cleaned off all the salvageable plants and added in my apisto orange flash pair. Did a 80% pwc with the mess I made in it. In my 20g long I did a 100% water change and added a bag of floramax and began to replant it and set up the co2 system. Added my apisto double red pair only in this tank. Then in my 10g shrimp/betta tank I did a qwik pwc and rearranged their slate hideout. Waiting on the plants to add to this one next week. All in all a productive day. Next week my new plants also arrive for the 55 so look forward to that also. Here are some pics of the tanks and some of the inhabitants. Also black backgrounds being put up next week :).

Nice Apistos! I've been waiting months for my LFS to find a pair for me.

Presents from my lovely wife. She got tired of me talking about them and looking at an empty tank and ordered them for our anniversary.

To my 5gal betta tank I added another piece of DW and two lava rocks as well as a little moss and some MTS that came in the mail today. :) Did a 10% pwc in the process.

I'm maneuvering fish around. I'm trying to figure out Jo to best compliment my Plecos with a few of my other fish. Maybe in my 20 gallon long until they get older. Then move them to my 75 or 50 gallon.

All tanks will get a pwc tonight after I cook dinner, and I just spent half an hour tearing my 20 gallon apart netting out guppy fry. Got home from the store and went to check on the tanks as I put some stuff away, and saw a couple fry. So I decided to pull out the survivors seeing as everyone else in the tank was in hunting mode. Only saw two so I didn't think I had all that many left, despite momma guppy being HUGE all week. Started moving stuff around and there were tons hidden. I am pretty sure I got them all and there are probably 15 or 20. I only had to cull one who couldnt swim right. Dante the betta enjoyed the treat. So they are now in a big betta cup floating so they can get to food easily and get lots of little water changes. I also moved them to float to a tank that isn't having heater issues to float in warm water. It will also keep them from getting sucked up during pwc's.

redecorated my tank, did a 40% pwc, added 2 new fish and a school or cherry barbs.. played musical tank and got all my live breaders into the baby making tank ..

now going to do a water change on my 29g

then cleaning the 20g x-high tank and switching the gravel out for black blasting sand.

I think I'm going to eat dinner first though :)

Cleaned my 10g and my 20g. Fixed both the filters. Did 30% water change in both. And added to my school of tiger barbs. Oh ya I also helped my aunt Do a 50% water change in her 30g goldfish tank. They're messy.

Added fake plants to 5G , added kenyi to Malawi tank so added fake plant to 55G also. Also added rocks to 55G tank.

Only added another female saulosi to the breeding tank to expand the gene pool. I'm afraid to put my arms in the tanks right now cause I have poison ivy and have cream all over. I'm going nuts of boredom.

Just changed the water in my little fry cup and fed them.
Next day's update : same thing again, just a change for the water in the fry cup and fed everyone. Tomorrow I can get back to my usual routine, but last night my arms were coated in bug spray and tonight they are covered in sunscreen. I spent the weekend working parking at a local music festival out in the hot sun. On another note, I felt sooooooo bad for the goldfish that were won at one of the game booths. Saw a few leaving in little bags with kids, off to an almost certain death bowl.
